Homework Exposure and response prevention

So, the homework is to watch video clips of the shrew mouse (näbbmus). I have been watching four (I was given three, but managed to click on the wrong movie at one point so now I force myself to watch the fourth one too) movies over and over and over again. It's important to just focus on the movie, erase other thoughts (if possible) and just get stuck in. I watch about one hour per day, and my anxiety level decreases in time spent onthe homework. I have to fill in a form on where the anxiety level is (scale 1-100) in the beginning and end, and what number is the highest (most anxiety).
Outside the homework: One thing that is hard apart from watching the clips, is the anticipation of watching them. I have a lot of scary dreams and I constantly feel as if there is a mouse near or on me. It's very real and it's very hard, this therapy. I am proud of myself. I keep telling myself that out loud while watching the films.
